Oh there's no denying the awfulness of the plots, but there is some really strong designs in there. Super 17 alone is better than anything in Super in regards to villain designs. Jiren is so incredibly fucking boring.

Jiren is pretty basic and I never liked how he had the ear cups like so many other aliens in the franchise. Still, I do like his design, when taking into consideration that his team is the more serious Ginyu Force of the franchise.
Actually, the only designs I can say I don’t like from Super are the God of Destruction Clown (what the actual fuck?) and the idiotic Love Universe characters. Jesus.

Got Jiren earlier. He's pretty neat, but I find him kinda dull. But, that's what he is until he goes full power.

I don’t see them doing a full power Jiren any time soon. Their plate is pretty full and they may be waiting for Super to return and then we’ll see Omen Goku and Full-Power Jiren unveiled.
