MCU was done after Endgame. This net phase is all laughs. I guarantee they will stat pad their movies to make them look more popular than ever.
Less than none. At least when compared to comics.... mostly because of how much character development he actually had.
Thor had good development but the problem was they always tried to reduce him to a bad joke. Endgame's endless 'lol fat god' jokes died so fast. It was a good idea to have a more light hearted MCU trilogy but they went so far....indeed dumbed down.Less than none. At least when compared to comics.
But seriously? Even Quill got more character development than Thor.
In fact, he got heavily dumbed down and pretty much has no character of his own.
The bad jokes became way too noticeable and frequent over time imo, namely due to his cast. Kat Dennings? The first movie's jokes were pretty good imo, he's a fish out of water so his stupid moments made sense and were funny.I didn’t feel he was reduced to bad jokes until Endgame. I wasn’t exactly happy about it, but it’s whatever at this point. Tony Stark and Thor had the most character development in the entire MCU. I personally do not think Quill holds as much of a candle to them. It’s like comparing Krillin to Vegeta.
That's MAJORITY of their fan bases now. In my case, I saw some Spider-Man and Iron Man team ups in comics so I thought 'wow, that is so cool'. Thor didn't hold a candle to Wonder Woman in my eyes (I don't even know when I discovered Thor) and Captain America I found amusing outside of his appearance in the 90s Spider-Man cartoon.I didn’t even like Thor before the MCU came along. Iron Man either, to be honest. I was always more of a Cap guy.
