Who gives a f*** if there a female speaking in a first episode of a show?!? Is there a checklist and an accepted time limit regarding when a female should appear on screen, say her first line, how many words in her line, is she a woman of color? I went on twatter once years ago and I was like ”what is the appeal here? This is crap and it’s boring” and I’ve never been back since....seeing stuff like this makes me glad I avoid it

I can’t believe the butthurt over any of it. People crying about Baby Yoda or there not being a female character in a show for a couple episodes really need to re-examine their life choices. We’ve devolved into a crybaby society. Macho men are emotionally damaged by anything that they think threatens their fragile egos. Some people want every show or movie to have only female characters or minorities without taking the story into consideration. Politics are a mess on both sides. There’s no discussion anymore. Everything has to be an attack. People need to grow up.

The arguing is everywhere no matter what the topic. I don’t know how people aren’t exhausted by the negativity and attacks. It’s enough to make you want to quit socializing online and in real life. Zod knows I’ve thought about it—which I’m sure some people on this forum would be ecstatic if I took that route.

I stopped getting on Twitter years ago. I usually check Facebook once a day and never when I’m on vacation. I don’t bother with most other platforms. The amount of bullshit from people that think they know everything but refuse to discuss anything is too rampant.

The Baby Yoda merchandise that was just released is weak. I guess that’s good since I won’t feel like fighting anyone for it during the holidays. Hopefully they get some quality stuff out after Christmas.
