RE5 still reigns supreme as the Chad of the series, RE7 will genuinely get my respect if it gets to 10 million. But even then it will remain as the black sheep of the series and a game for losers

From forums, to social media/etc I can’t believe it that people want this series to be first person from now on as they find third person “outdated”.

How is third person outdated? Third person games are some of the best you can play. Name one solid first person experience that isn’t Doom, Fallout, Skyrim, Bioshock, Halo, Battlefield or Call of Duty. I’m waiting.

Sure, Cyberpunk is about to come out, but the first person genre is waaaaaaaaaay oversaturated. It is the single most boring genre of game you can play today, besides maybe sports games.

I guess it gives the series a more “horror”, survival, “scary” feel to the series. Something that has been lacking and missing to the series.

It needs to go back to fixed camera. There's no tension at all with OTS when you can see everything a mile away. The magic of the original series was that you had to rely purely on sound when the door animation stops.

Like in REmake, the Crimson Heads have a very specific footstep sound and it immediately triggers anxiety. You get none of that shit now. It's linear, kill enemies and move onto the next area.

Sorry, but the Nemesis in the original game could take Mr X. If you want a more even fight, then it would have to be against Birkin. The new Nemesis is only above the old one because he can mutate into oblivion like Birkin.

And he shouldn't be able to, the T virus is not meant to mutate indefinitely until the cells destroy their DNA for excessive copying and become unrecognizable. That is what G can do that is what makes it different. I mean the game itself is bad enough but the changes to the lore are even worse. I don't care what decision Capcom makes this shit will never be canon for me
