Could be. They didn’t list how large the edition size would be. Maybe they’re taking orders for a certain amount of time then making them to order. I’m actually shocked this wasn’t an SDCC exclusive. They always pick something that everyone wants.

I like their James Bond figures, but their Dr. Who figures have been pretty bad from what I've seen. They said they were switching factories so maybe this and Ming will turn out ok.
