2019 El Camino (Breaking Bad Movie / Netflix)

I’ve almost finished watching the series again then I’m going to watch this. I wanted everything fresh in my mind. It may not be necessary, but it was a good excuse to watch BB again.

I never need an excuse to rewatch BB. They do a short series recap before the movie.

Was a good end to Jesse's story. Felt like a justified continuation of the series and not just stuck on the end.

I missed out of BB the first time. Everyone was saying how great it was and watch it from the beginning, so I held off. El Camino was my excuse to sit down and watch it. Over the last 4 or so weeks I binged the entire series and went straight into El Camino.

Worth it.

I don't know how EC will hit other BB fans but I thought it was Aaron Paul's best performance, so for that reason alone I'm glad Netflix made this.

Yea, I would agree with that. For being one of the worst characters on that show, he really was a focal point.

Well I didn’t really care for the movie overall... I think it had been so long that I’d forgotten most of the events of the series and the cast being so much older and heftier broke the immersion for me
