Wait, are these getting reissued or are these entirely new?

Damnit! Between these and ThunderCats and Power Rangers... these damn companies keep pulling me back in.

Actually, I think I’m good. Just looked at the price and for $150 a pop, no thanks. If Ryo was the only one, it wouldn’t be an issue, but with the potential of six more figures—ouch.

From Sentinel it's new. I've been following the FB page and they've been teasing it awhile. I do believe the old ones are getting reissues, at least Ryo.

These are going to be expensive as fuck.

Yeah new figures and from sentinel so they should be good! And I agree at about 140 it’s doable since they may only release like 2 a year since sentinel is so slow

So, basically three years to get the entire team and the Inferno armor?

I wish that Bandai would have made these in the Figuarts line. They’d likely be around $90, but that’s a helluva a lot easier to swallow.

I’m not sure I can justify getting these. I’m going all in on the Hasbro Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and soon to be spending a fat load of cash on the ThunderCats crew and Mumm-Ra.

Well I mean that’s just a guess but sentinel does seem to take a long time.

Just too expensive for a 6” figure. Imagine if this was something like an SDCC exclusive. It would be even more ridiculous. Damn thing would go for a whopping $300 on eBay before the event was even over.

Figuarts is getting ballsy with some of their exclusives as it is. While they aren’t event exclusives, whatever is “limiting” them is causing essential characters to jump up to $110, $120 and $130... which is ridiculous for something like Yoda. So, there’s about an average of a $50 increase across the board, concerning that whole ordeal.

I would kill for a more affordable set of Ronin Warriors figures, that wasn’t those shitty 90s toys. Maybe Hasbro will dabble in the property sometime down the line. Better yet, just get Tamashii to try their hand at it. I don’t need to be able to take the armor off and store it on an empty vessel.

The armor plates in places have magnets. I don't mind the price, just keep them coming every few months.

At this price point, I could only justify this and the Inferno and nothing else.

I mean, I ended up stuck with just the Red, Green and White Rangers, because the rest of the cast was ridiculously overpriced on the secondary market, by the time I got into the series some years back.

As much as I love Ronin Warriors and Power Rangers, building the teams has to be reasonable.

I don’t mind the price at all, it’s almost 7”, has great detail, articulation looks good, nice accessories, and I like that the armor can be displayed and ryo still looks cool without it. Best interpretation we’ve gotten and probably ever will....I’m sure I’ll end up with all of them.

Snake, would you prefer they tackle the entire team first or stagger the releases with ronin warrior, bad guy, ronin warrior. I need an Anubis!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I vaguely remember them mentioning that Kento's armor was the most blood thirsty. Do you remember that? I don't know if they mentioned it was the strongest or not but maybe implied, but I always loved his finisher the most. I haven't seen the show since it aired on Toonami so my memory is hazy.

Honestly, I’d be good if Bandai put out $50 model kits and I could call it a day. I just want decent figures on the shelf that don’t break the bank.

I can’t remember either....I haven’t seen the show since like 94 or 95 when it was on regular tv at like 530am

That was around when I saw my first anime. Obviously, Ronin Warriors was that anime.

Haha! That’s awesome! What was the first anime I saw? I had a friend from Thailand in elementary school and he introduced me to dragon ball and saint seya maybe like ‘87 or ‘88 so I guess that was my first exposure. Then I’d buy crummy bootleg vhs tapes at fangoria and comic conventions.
