I saw the first but much preferred Curry over Ledger Joker lite in the reboot.

Not enough.
The cast was pretty good. They played grown up versions of the kids well. The story was ok. Nothing was really scary. Or should be scary to adults. I guess that was the point? I mean the old lady was more creepy than her true form.
Best scene was the bleachers.
Best IT was when he was ripping his face in the human form....
Liked the first movie more.
Never watched the TV version so I can't compare.

The bleachers scene was great because it closely mirrored the Georgie scene from the part 1 where he's trying to deceive a young child, only this time it almost backfires when the kid doesn't fall for his shit. It was funny when he started to cry and said he has no friends.
