tl;dr Gaming Heads claims they can't ship out any new PlayStation products or make anymore due to Sony's statements, and say refunds aren't up to THEM but that Sony has to refund us. On Facebook they copy pasted the same responses every time. Their website said this

That email spam they’re about to get is probably going to just piss them off even further and complicate a class-action lawsuit going forward. Sony is pretty cruddy. I could see them fighting it to the death.

It does look like GH are just trying to take money and run with it... But I wont point fingers untill SONY come out with their statement.
