I got my Cyrax replacement. I guess it's an improvement of paint but a little dirty looked. The helicopter effect at least isn't no where near as warped.

These companies love simple retools and repaints. I’ll never figure out why Tamashii stopped with the Power Ranger reissues though.

The only one I'll give a pass too is Sub-Zero, since it looks to be a huge improvement over the original. I just hate the beefcake bodies they've given the newer figures when they weren't even close to that in the original. John Turk was muscular, but not cartoonishly big.

As is Storm is selling us figures of 7'2" ninjas.

It’s not just that, their scale is all over place in their own lines. I know Figuarts is guilty of that too, but it’s mostly relegated to characters that Tamashii is too stupid to make smaller than they’re comfortable with.

I think so, back when the first scorpion was announced, it was labeled 1/12 in their website.

With the new figures you have to check a couple of retailers, plus check pictures of cons to kinda get a feel of how big they are, but yeah, in the 1/10 ballpark. Lobo for instance, is retardedly yuge.

On paper they're 1/10 but they've kayfabed that they're not. Scaling is the least of their problems with how much of a mess their last Scorpion was.

I got the Storm Heihachi as a birthday present. It's pretty cool. I hope we see more of Jin soon to finish the family.
