It looks fantastic and I think it's the best game figure they've done so far.
They take way too long with these lines. Mortal Kombat is like six months between figures.
And they’re all the same figure for the most part
That's why I'm really looking forward to MK3 Sub-Zero since it's actually a new figure. Even UMK3 Scorpion would be very welcomed.

Figuarts is taking a dog’s age too though. I’ve been waiting on a Sagat and an M. Bison so I can jump on Sakura, Cammy, Ken, and Vega. Otherwise, I’ll end up sticking to just Ryu, Chun Li and Akuma.
I cannot in good conscience buy anything from the V. I'm just glad they're doing SFII stuff, even though it's from the HD remake shit, which is quite good.
I unfortunately didn't get into that game when it came out but I do own it and liked where they took the gameplay of it and I love how it stayed sprites. I can forgive a lot if it was still sprites. But I fucking loathe Akuma's, Ken's and Bison's new designs.

Yes snk v cap2 was so good! Third strike plays so well and the animations are so nice! Yeah the new designs are so bad that lion Akuma is ridiculous. I don’t like the shift of everything having to be polygons..although it can still look gorgeous like db fighterZ and I think later guilty gears
They should of never left sprites, same with MK. I did like the PS2 MK games. Something about them was charming to me. Not high octane garbage. More strategic and not a fucking button masher. Stage traps were fucking great in it. I still see Deception as the best MK since MKII. Not really the roster, but just how much quality content it had. Konquest mode was amazing.
But I do have some gripes with that trilogy.
Deadly Alliance was very unfinished with content, and Liu Kang should of never been killed.
Deception's biggest fault was giving Sub-Zero such horrible outfits. Both are terrible.
Armaggedon was just thrown together with everyone and they trimmed all the secondary fighting styles and nerfed unique fatalities.
But I do have some gripes with that trilogy.

You never did? I always felt they paved the way for all fighters. I think Tekken has always been good, but I fucking hate they had Akuma in the last one and it kept me from buying it since I think it was a canon plot. Tekken 3 was the SFII of that series and I believe still has the best sales record of any fighting game.
